Terms of Service

This is an agreement between the Operator of the Arenda service (the “Service”) and the management company or individual manager who registers an account (the “Customer”). By registering, the Customer accepts these terms.

1. What the Service is

The Service is a web application for long-term rental accounting: apartments, owners, leases, transactions, calculation of the amount payable to the owner, statements in several languages, e-mailing of statements, analytics. The Service is a calculation tool. It is not accounting, tax or legal advice; the Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the data entered and for its settlements with owners.

2. Account

• The account is registered by a representative entitled to act for the Customer. That person becomes the company administrator and may add staff.
• The Customer is responsible for keeping passwords safe and for its staff's actions in the Service.
• The Customer warrants that it is entitled to enter owners' and tenants' data into the Service and that they have been informed about the processing of their data as the law requires.

3. Trial, plans and payment

• For the first 45 days after registration the Service is free with all features available.
• Plans and prices are published on the pricing page. Plans differ in the number of apartments.
• Payment is made against an invoice sent by the Operator to the administrator's e-mail. The paid period is shown in the “Plan” section.
• If a period is not paid, the Service works in full for another 14 days and then switches to view-only mode: data and statements remain available and PDFs can be downloaded, but no new data can be entered. Full access is restored immediately after payment.
• The Operator may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by e-mail. A period already paid for is not recalculated.

4. Customer data

• All data entered by the Customer belongs to the Customer. The Operator uses it only to run the Service and does not share it with other customers.
• The Customer may export statements as PDF at any time and request deletion of the account. Processing and deletion periods are described in the Privacy Policy.
• If an account remains unpaid for more than 12 months, the Operator may delete it after warning the administrator by e-mail at least 30 days in advance.

5. Operation of the Service

• The Operator aims to keep the Service running continuously and makes daily backups, but does not guarantee the absence of interruptions or errors. Where possible, planned work affecting availability is announced in advance.
• Exchange rates are loaded from the open data of the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey “as is”. The Customer may enter its own rate.
• Closing a month locks the statement. The Customer decides when to close a month and is responsible for checking the statement sent to the owner.

6. What is not allowed

It is forbidden to attempt to access other customers' data, to disrupt the Service, to use it for mailings unrelated to owner statements, or to enter data the Customer has no right to process. In such cases the Operator may suspend the account.

7. Liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for indirect loss or loss of profit, and its total liability is limited to the amount paid by the Customer over the last three months. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Termination

The Customer may stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of the account. Payment for a period already started is not refunded unless the law requires otherwise.

9. Changes and governing law

The Operator may amend this agreement by notifying administrators by e-mail at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service means acceptance of the new version. This agreement is governed by the law of the Republic of Turkey; disputes are heard by the courts at the Operator's place of business.
